Free trip within 30 miles
If your job address is inside a 30-mile radius, there's no trip fee when you call me out as a member. Farther out, the trip fee is discounted, and how much depends on the distance. I'll tell you the exact number before I head your way.

Yearly electrical safety check
Once a year I walk your home and look over the panel, visible outlets and switches, and smoke and CO detectors, then give you notes on anything worth fixing. It is a visual walk-through, not a code inspection.

One home per membership. Residential properties in my service area only.
Work is priced separately. Membership covers the perks above. Labor and materials for repairs and projects are quoted as usual.
Priority is not a guarantee of arrival time. I run a small crew, and I'll always tell you honestly when I can be there. If something is sparking, smoking, or burning, call me, and call 911 first if there is fire.
